  • No alterations: not modified, disassembled, or returned in a non-original condition

Cases That May Affect Acceptance

The following may result in your request being declined:

  • Worn/used items, obvious wear, or washed/cleaned

  • Missing tags/accessories, severely damaged shoebox, or incomplete packaging

  • Altered items, disassembled items, or returns not in original condition

  • Forged information/documents or suspected return-item swapping

How to Apply (Self-Service Return)

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will prioritize processing your exchange or refund.

Refund Method & Processing Time
